COMPANY HISTORY
STC was first launched in March of 2002 in Australia. One month later, Soundtrack Channel was available in Brazil. In three short years, STC now operates three satellite feeds, broadcasting in over 25 countries throughout the world, including the U.S., Latin America, the Middle East, and the Asia/Pacific regions.
MANAGEMENT
William Lee - CEO/Co-Founder

Mr. Lee has over 17 years of experience in programming, marketing and new channel development for the major Hollywood studios and US basic cable networks. Prior to founding STC Networks, he worked as Vice President, International Development for E! Entertainment Television where he led the development of E! Networks in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Mr. Lee has held several executive positions at some of the world's most prestigious entertainment companies, including MGM/UA, USA Networks and United International Pictures Pay TV Group.
Mike Miller - Co-Founder

Mike Miller started MWP Editorial with partner Jeff Wishengrad in 1989. Since then he has edited award-winning commercials, trailers and music videos, with a special emphasis on reaching the Hispanic market. Clients include AT&T, Verizon, Chrysler, Ford, Nissan, Acura, Honda, Blockbuster Video, and Columbia Pictures. Mike has produced main titles for features ('Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events') and has directed several commercials. In 1992, Mike, Jeff and Ron Diamond founded Hollywood-based animation company Acme Filmworks. Prior to MWP, Mike was an editor with Ace & Edie.
Denis Leverson - Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining STC, Mr. Leverson held several key positions in business development, marketing, programming and production at DirecTV. In his various positions there, he was responsible for business planning, partnership formation and channel launches. Among his achievements was the successful launch of 'Disney Weekend', an exclusive channel on DirecTV Latin America and Disney's first entrance into the Latin American market, and the launch of DirecTV Sports channel, a proprietary 24-hour sports channel.
Anne Jordan - General Counsel
Anne has spent her legal career managing and acquiring content rights. She brings substantial experience in the acquisition and implementation of content into entertainment distribution systems. Anne was part of the original team and General Counsel to The Africa Channel. Anne also served as Director of Programming for DirecTV and specialized in interactive content acquisitions. She was Vice President at K-tel International where she founded their Audio Book and Children's Music division, and negotiated sponsorship tie-in deals with major fast food restaurants, Blockbuster Video and supermarket chains. Prior to that she was Vice President of Dove Audio, the leading seller of audio books, where she handled all business affairs for their film, TV and book sales. She has worked in a legal capacity for Paramount Pictures and has had her own legal practice handling numerous entertainment clients from sports companies to commercial directors and broadcast graphic design companies. Anne also has a BS in Radio, Television and Film.
